By accessing or using the VantageArb platform ("Platform"), including its automated cryptocurrency bot trading protocol, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VantageArb.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or investment activities are prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, China, or other restricted regions.

3. Nature of the Platform — Automated Bot Trading

VantageArb operates an automated cryptocurrency arbitrage trading protocol powered by smart contract technology and algorithmic bot trading systems. The Platform does not provide human-managed investment services. All trading decisions are executed automatically by the protocol. Users understand that:

Returns are derived from protocol-defined passive rates, not from direct market profits
Capital deposited and traded is permanently locked and non-refundable

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet and private keys; (b) ensuring sufficient USDT balance and gas fees for transactions; (c) understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and automated trading; (d) complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction; (e) all transactions made through your connected wallet address.

5. Referral Program

The VantageArb referral program allows users to earn commissions on trading activity within their downline network, up to 10 levels. Referral commissions are automatically credited to your Income Virtual Funds (IVF) balance. The referral program: (a) does not constitute an employment or agency relationship; (b) commissions are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your network's trading activity; (c) anti-circular chain protections are enforced by the smart contract; (d) referral income counts toward your 200% passive income cap for the current cycle.

6. Fees and Charges

The Platform charges the following fees, which are permanently fixed in the smart contract bytecode and cannot be altered: (a) 5% deployer fee on each USDT deposit — transferred immediately; (b) 5% admin fee on each USDT deposit — credited to admin IVF; (c) blockchain gas fees applicable to each on-chain transaction are paid by the user to the network and are not collected by VantageArb. No additional hidden fees apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VantageArb and its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities; (c) loss of funds due to market volatility; (d) unauthorized access to your wallet; (e) regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency activities; (f) blockchain network failures or congestion.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) attempting to manipulate, exploit, or hack the smart contract; (b) using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities; (c) creating circular referral chains (technically prevented by protocol); (d) misrepresenting the Platform's returns or nature to third parties; (e) accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions using VPNs or other circumvention tools.

9. Modifications and Governing Law

VantageArb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Note: while these Terms may be updated, the underlying smart contract rates and rules are immutable and cannot be changed. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international cryptocurrency regulations and dispute resolution shall be handled through binding arbitration.

3. Website Analytics

The VantageArb website (pro.vantagearb.io) may collect anonymized usage data through standard web analytics tools, including page views, browser type, device type, approximate geographic location, and referral source. This data is used solely to improve the Platform experience and is not used to identify individual users. No cookies that track personal behavior across third-party sites are used.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including TradingView (charting), CoinGecko (price data), and Google Fonts (typography). Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. VantageArb is not responsible for the data practices of these services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies independently.

5. Data Security

VantageArb does not store private keys, seed phrases, or any sensitive wallet credentials. The Platform interacts with your wallet through standard Web3 connection methods only.
